Twenty old Bailey is an office building located in the city of London. The building was built in 1980 and after three decades it was necessary a renovation and an extension of the building.
These new works provided the Twenty Old Bailey with a high-quality, contemporary office space, adding a two-storey extension to create an additional 2900sqm of additional space. The refurbishment replaced the entired facade of the 1980s with a natural stone facade that blends perfectly with the bronze colour of the windows and adapts to the materials used in the retained parts of the building.
LSI Stone played a very important role in the development of the facade. It provided Portuguese limestones: Moleanos and Perlina, which due to their quality and their colours, yellowish tones, were able to update and illuminate the building visually, but also to make reference to developments neighbours. The final result of the building was excellent with perfect finishes that will surely leave their users radiant.
