The architecture inspiration comes from the nearby Victory gate that features neoclassical façades. The façades installations constitute a minimalistic architecture, due to the concealed arrangement between the natural stone delicacy and the window frames.

A colorful array of public squares varied green areas and playgrounds are springing up between multifunctional buildings.

The facades were installed so that some windows profiles were hidden behind the delicate pieces of stone, creating an abstract look. The structure of the building is not uniform and incorporates stone window frames, that recall the Renaissance facades in three dimensions.The building represents elegance and charisma. The facades are easily cleaned with a water jet and easy to maintain.

The choice of natural stone was an important process to guarantee the tone of the city block. Therefore, the stone chosen was Moca Cream Medium Grain, a Portuguese limestone that has a homogeneous beige color with sparse veins. When cut in the opposite direction to the veins, it has distinct parallel veins. This stone has great durability and is perfect for large-scale projects and external cladding. Due to its hardness, it is resistance to weather conditions such as in Munich.

As the sun progresses, the building's shadows change and create different aspects on the building. The stone's finish was chosen with that in mind; in the sloping and concave areas we used the finish medium brushed, making the area darker and more porous.
