7-8 ST James’ Square is a new building designed by Eric Parry Architects for the Green Property. The building offers a space with 65,500 square feet of offices in the heart of Westminster. It is located in the conservation area of St James. Well framed with the surrounding architectural buildings, the building 8 ST James’ Square has a contemporary style that spans the square, the street and the backyard
LSI Stone contributed to the project by providing natural limestone which was used for the restoration of the facade of the building. Its natural limestone façade is present from the first to the fifth-floor projecting forward on either side of the building.
For 8 ST James’s façade building, LSI Stone provided natural limestone stone Shelly Head, a natural stone with soft colours that match perfectly with the contemporary architectural style of the building. It was a pleasure for LSI Stone to have collaborated in providing its products for the realization of this great project that has already received several awards, in which AWARDED NATURAL STONE 2016 stands out.
