Chelsea Barracks is one of the most prominent developments in central London in decades, combining contemporary living and historic surroundings.

The project has been awarded LEED Platinum certification, being one of the most sustainable in Europe and one of only 16 projects in the world to achieve it. It is the highest global sustainability standard to be measured and has set a new benchmark for developers around the world.

Design principles respond to the needs of the wider community as well as long-term sustainability. Current and future residents will occupy healthy, future-ready homes.

Chelsea Barracks, phase 4, has a façade covered in Portuguese limestone, Cabeca Veada. The work has huge friezes with phrases engraved in stone all around the building.
