Ardeko was the fruit of plans made to develop a section in the centre of this attractive and growing area close to the River Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. The design theme for the project was the reinterpretation of the classic “city block” with its courtyards, parks and pathways.

The sculptural lines of Ardeko are made from remarkable purity. The architects Baumschlager & Eberle imagined some subtleties that affirm the identity of the building: stone work declining modelling structures, countertop facades and cutouts. Smoothed design on aligned facades with the appearance of Bush coup in Recessed facades. 

The choice for a very beige stone stems was naturally inspired in the “Art Deco” of the building. This architectural style combines the perfect visibility of the 145 meters length facades with the sober elegance of the whole building.
