7-8 ST James’ Square is a new building designed by Eric Parry Architects for the Green Property. The building offers a space with 65,500 square feet of offices in the heart of Westminster. It is located in the conservation area of St. James. Well framed with the surrounding architectural buildings, this building at 8 ST. James’ Square has a contemporary style.

LSI Stone contributed by providing natural limestone which was used for the restoration of the facade of the building. Its natural limestone facade is present from the first to the fifth-floor projecting forward on either side of the building.

For 8 ST James’s facade building, LSI Stone provided natural limestone Cabeça Veada , a natural stone that matchs perfectly with the contemporary architectural style of the building.
