Defined by it’s four corners – St James’s Palace, the Ritz, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square – St James’s is a central and iconic part of London. Suitably, the area is served by an excellent transportation infrastructure, whether travelling from within the centre from London or to other places.
The St James’s Market is situated in the centre of the West End, offers world-class business offices with beautiful details. It was designed by the internationally acclaimed Make Architects and centred around a new public square, and is a bold building with a smart design with elegant stone facades. It has about 145,000 square feet of office space and offers highly efficient access through a double reception.
LSI Stone proudly supplied Portuguese natural stone, limestone to the internal Elevations, the wall and ceiling feature at main reception where the type of limestone used was Regina Limestone. This Portuguese limestone, Regina Limestone, offers elegant neutral tones that contribute greatly to make a more elegant and unique inside the building.
