Residential and Office
Eagle House is situated in the technology City of London, this business center will consist of approximately 26,000 sq feet of office suites, meeting rooms, and other office space. The design reflects on the fast-moving style of the city area combining a high-quality construction and luxurious design.
The business center decoration reflects the vibrant and fast-moving area community. The exposed masonry, the neon signs and the pendant lighting will dominate alongside the copper tones, the colored doors as well as the beige tones of the walls, which are highlighted on a visual and architectural level.
The area is surrounded with high-tech companies and business development companies that bring an innovative feel to the area.
The external refurbishment of the building façade is cladded with LSI’s Moleanos limestone. Moleanos is a Portuguese natural stone with light beige colored background and a slight greyish tonality, with thin to medium grain and disperse brownish fine spots. Due to its medium hardness, it is frequently used for cladding, and external façades. This type of stone is very popular in the United Kingdom due to its similarities to Portland and resistance to weather conditions.
The finish applied to this amazing façade was honed, turning the surface smooth but without shine or light reflections. In this case, the honed finish is the most appropriate, due to the external erosion factors and weather resistance. The detrition of the stone is less noticeable and does not require as much care to maintain its original appearance.
This renovation creates a modern and fresh look in the eyes of all people who work and live in this community.
